Annual Awards and AGM

Our annual celebrating success awards evening took place in Carnoustie Beach Hall on Friday 18 May 2018.

It was a fantastic evening of entertainment with a huge number of awards handed out.

Congratulations to the Scouts who have successfully completed their Silver and Gold Chief Scout Challenge. Those who achieved their Zodiac Bronze or Zodiac Gold Awards

Also congratulations to the winners of the Scout Swimming Trophy, Orkney Awards, Scout Fiddle Group – Arbroath Festival Award and the Scout Wind Band – Arbroath Festival Award.

Many thanks to our guests who handed out some of the awards – Graeme Dey MSP; Callum Farquhar (Regional Commissioner); Councillor David Cheape; Councillor Mark McDonald to name but a few. The AGM Booklet 2018 from the evening is available.

For those of you who went to Orkney and received the Orkney badge then this is where it goes on the right hand sleeve. Thanks for the photo and for being 1st to get the badge sewn on Mairi McMillan.
